First Time Clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. We strongly encourage you to fill out our digital intake forms to dedicate more time for your appointment.

Please read all contraindications prior to every appointment. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
A few things to keep in mind before your appointment:
No alcohol 24 hours before or after your appointment is highly recommended for an effective treatment. any alcohol consumption can result in minimal to no results
No saunas or steamy showers up to 6 hours after your appointment
no heavy foods or fried food up to 6 hours before or after your appointment
drink lots of tea and water before and after your appointment
it is suggested to stay away from caffeine up to 6 hours before and after your appointment
if you are on your menstrual cycle, your only treatment of choice is our sauna blanket. you can partake in any other treatment 3 days before your menstrual cycle and 2-3 days after its completion.
We cannot service you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You must be cleared by your doctor post cosmetic surgery or any major surgery.
We cannot service anyone with the following medical conditions: cancer, heart disease, heart transplant or pace makers, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, lupus, hemorrhagic disease (trauma or bleeding), cold sensitivity disorders, neuropathic disorders.
We cannot service anyone taking the following medications: prednisone or other steroid medications, skin-thinning or sun sensitive medications, blood thinners, any medications causing bloating or swelling.
We cannot service anyone with open wounds or active infections in the treatment area or infections requiring antibiotic treatment.

Parking is free.
we do not charge a late fee, however if you are 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment or still end your appointment at the scheduled time to respect other’s times. we try our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule and understand that things happen. please call us as soon as possible if you have issues committing to your appointment.
no call no shows will be charged full price. if card on file cannot be charge, client will be banned from rebooking.

To hold your appointment, you must provide a valid credit card and pay a 30% deposit of the service you choose. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you must cancel in less than 24 hours, we offer a one time reschedule courtesy. after the second cancellation, you must pay another deposit.
All appointments are non-refundable. If we miss your appointment, we will provide a full refund.

For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff: babies, toddlers, and children are not permitted to accompany an adult during service or must be accompanied by another adult if waiting in the outer lobby area (outside of our suite). We are happy to reschedule your reservation to a date and time that childcare is secured.
